Donations by credit card or check, as well as memorial and honor gifts can be made by mail or fax using our donation form.

Workplace campaigns allow you to provide support through payroll deductions. To participate, your employer needs to be a part of a workplace campaign. As an employee, you can designate a certain not-for-profit as the recipient of your gift. You can then give a one-time donation or pledge a payroll deduction (donation is deducted from your paycheck throughout the year).

Prevent Child Abuse Illinois is proud to be associated with Local Independent Charities who assist us in becoming a part of various workplace campaigns throughout Illinois. These include federal, state, municipal, and corporate workplace programs. If your employer has such a campaign, please look for Prevent Child Abuse Illinois on the enrollment form. If your employer does not have such a campaign, call Local Independent Charities at 800/876-0413 or visit www.lic.org.

If your employer participates in a United Way campaign, you can likely support Prevent Child Abuse Illinois through that program as well. Simply look for a "donor option" or "write-in" line on your form.
